With over 15 years’ experience and a Master’s in OT from Mercy College, Tatyana became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2018. Her expertise spans traumatic hand/wrist injuries, post-operative rehab, fine motor challenges, and splint design. She’s started her career at Brooklyn Hospital, and Park Sports PT. She then led the OT department at Back to Health PT, and was Senior OT at NYU Langone Hand Center, where she collaborated closely with some of foremost hand and orthopedic surgeons in NYC.


With a reputation for personalized, integrative care, Tatyana has successfully guided countless patients through some of the toughest rehabilitation journeys.
Dr. Ciszewski, "Radek", graduated in 2011 from the Physiological School of Breslaw. In 2019, Radek completed his graduate studies in New York, and is an trained practioner of Postural Restoration Institute methods. Radek has worked with Tatyana in Back To Health PT, and was one of the leading PTs at Assist PT.


He is widely recognized for his holistic approach to client care and movement. Treating many advanced athletes and tackling difficult cases, Radek helps every individual achieve lasting balance and peak performance.
Dr. Resnick is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative Care, and Pain Medicine at NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine. Board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine since 2017, he completed his Pain Management fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, bringing dual expertise to acute and chronic pain care.


A 2012 graduate of St. George’s University School of Medicine, Dr. Resnick focuses on personalized pain management to enhance patient quality of life.


Elena Pshenkovska, OTR/L
Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
Since graduating from Mercy College in 2012, Elena has honed her skills in skilled nursing and pediatric settings. After completing Herman & Wallace pelvic floor rehab certification in 2023, she focused her practice on urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, postpartum challenges, and core dysfunction.


Pelvic floor therapy offers a non-invasive, effective path to recovery by strengthening muscles, improving coordination, and reducing pain. Elena’s holistic, evidence-based approach helps patients regain bladder and bowel control, enhance sexual health, and improve overall quality of life.
